Al Bandar Rotana - Dubai Creek Hotel

Our room at Rotana was spacious, cozy, and modern. Victor at the Vanilla cafe served us delicious high tea and coffee with great service, making our stay delightful. the staff, like Moses, went above and beyond to assist us, ensuring a memorable experience.

Room service sometimes lacked consistency.

The hotel staff was top-notch, always there to help out and make you feel cozy. The room we got had an awesome view of the creek with all the boats - just beautiful. I totally see myself coming back here without a doubt, loved every moment! The only little thing that bugged me was the inconsistent info about Club benefits, but it's nothing major for the overall experience. 🌟

Rotana in Dubai excels at guest attentiveness and well-designed facilities. With a convenient location near Union metro station, the value for money is excellent. the breakfast is top-notch, and the pool offers a stunning view of Downtown. the gym is well-equipped, making it a fantastic choice for a stay in Dubai. Looking forward to returning soon!

super clean rooms - great location - not close to the metro but close to the airport and key places. friendly taxi drivers and an awesome Italian restaurant. staff was top-notch - especially the bell services squad - they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

From the warm welcome at check-in to the comfortable room with a stunning view of the creek, everything exceeded our expectations. the staff, including Hafiz, provided excellent customer service. We appreciated the dinner voucher at Morgan’s and access to the Rotana club floor for complimentary refreshments. the modern furniture and wooden floors added a touch of luxury to our spacious room.

The gym overlooking the creek provided a picturesque backdrop for my workouts. The cozy terrace at the restaurant instantly transported me to another place. With impeccable meeting facilities and a charming lobby lounge, my stay was a blend of productivity and relaxation. I found myself wondering when I can indulge in another sweet treat from the café. A subtle touch of Italian cuisine added a special touch to my experience.

During my business trip to Dubai, my director chose Rotana for our accommodations, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The hotel's Bodylines Fitness & Wellness Club was a standout feature - the fully equipped gym overlooking Dubai Creek provided a stunning backdrop for invigorating workouts. The outdoor swimming pool and sauna offered a refreshing and relaxing escape from work demands. The massage rooms were a welcomed retreat for unwinding after a long day, adding a touch of luxury to my stay.

I've just returned from this hotel and let me tell you, the experience was superb! Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms with amazing views from the top roof where the swimming pool and gym are located. the food was delicious, and the hotel felt very safe and secure. the lobby had a pleasant smell, and the location is near everything you might need in old Dubai, like the Dubai Museum and Deira City Center Shopping Mall. Can't miss that amazing skyline view!

Although my stay was excellent, a couple of improvements could enhance the experience. the pool area was slightly small, and it was challenging to get a sun lounger after 9 am.

The view from the apartment overlooking the Dubai skyline and Creek was breathtaking, and the three-bedroom apartment was modern and well-equipped. However, the service for restaurant reservations left much to be desired, with repeated unfulfilled promises and poor communication.

the room was incredibly spacious and had exclusive amenities that exceeded my expectations. the spa and wellness centre provided relaxing massages, and the sauna and steam room were a perfect way to unwind. the outdoor swimming pool was amazing with sun loungers and a poolside snack bar, and the rooftop pool provided a breathtaking view of the city. the restaurant served delicious foods with special diet menus fulfilling my dietary requirements.

The only minor issue was the lack of beach access. the private facilities were exclusive, but the location did not permit access to the beach.

We had an amazing stay! The rooftop pool and gym were fantastic. The hotel's location along the creek provided a shuttle service to La Mer and the mall, and Uber was an easy option for exploring the city. The staff was warm, friendly, and always willing to help. We also loved the Italian restaurant on the top floor terrace and the lively happy hour at Morgans on the ground floor.

I keep returning for the reliable Wi-Fi, helpful staff, and full amenities like fitness studio, rooftop pool, and 24-hour room service. At my first stay, they promptly fixed a tech issue. With on-site car park and laundry, it's perfect for my city trips.

We were upgraded to a bigger room upon arrival which was spacious and clean. The breakfast had a big selection of food. The staff arranged for a nurse to do our PCR test in our room. we had a great stay at Rotana.

We were delighted by the warm and accommodating staff, especially Taliya and Priyanka. The Club Lounge and its facilities were excellent and we appreciated their consideration for our son. Moses at the front desk left a fantastic first impression and went above and beyond to assist us. The room was clean, well-designed, and technologically advanced, with a luxurious bathtub. The housekeeping team did a great job, and we enjoyed the food combo and delicious cocktails from the room service. The hotel's amenities, like the kids' room and the gym/spa, were also impressive. We felt welcomed and valued throughout our stay.

During my stay at Al Bandar Rotana - Dubai Creek, my daughter and I truly enjoyed the rooftop pool with views of Burj Khalifa and the city. The spa and wellness center, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool provided relaxation, while the nearby landmarks like XVA Gallery and Dubai Museum enriched our family bonding experience. Despite a disappointing New Year's Eve party, the attentive staff and quality amenities made our stay memorable. Next time, we hope for a more exciting celebration and fair taxi service.

The hotel’s location is great for exploring the city, away from the bustling downtown area and near the serene creek. It’s easy to hail taxis to get around. For a unique experience, try taking an abra across the creek to visit the historic textile souks. , don’t miss out on the delicious food at nearby Emirati restaurant, Local Bites, and the vibrant atmosphere at Irish Village bar.

The pool area can get crowded and there aren't enough sunbeds, so it can be a challenge to find a spot to relax.

My friends and I had a blast at the rooftop pool and Bodylines Fitness club during our stay. The pool with the city view was lit, and we had a great time working out and chilling. The staff were super cool and made our stay even more awesome.

Would've been even more epic if there were some organized parties or events for young peeps like us.
